Russian air boat.

I talked to this guy today while up at Corneilia with my uncle.
(We took his Piper Comanche 250 for a spin today but that's another thread for later)
After a brief conversation, he invited us to see his toy.
Man is this thing cool!
The control wheel is from a Tupelov transport plane, as the boat is manufactured by Tupelov.
