I'd like to see some pictures of your Nano now that they have been out for awhile. I want to see if scratching is overblown or not. Those of you who keep them behind bulletproof glass need not apply, im looking for "throw it in your pocket and go" type people. Thats how I intend to use it.
The 1 gig is calling my name :o

I haven't had a problem with it, sure there are scratches but you can only see them if you angle it just right so the light bounces off them and I have never owned a case for it.

i have accidently dropped my un-cased mini twice and the scratching that occurred has buffed away over time.

sure my nano has a miniscule "scratching" covering it but it's totally unnoticeable unless you deliberately look for it. i'm not a freak about this stuff and I find the entire "scratch" beef to be ludicrus.

i refuse to get a case because the form factor doesn't need to be added upon.
