Their website is still active and there's a 2006 copyright on there somewhere, but all their links to buy are old... All their "accolades" (reviews) are circa 2003 or so. I have been a TiVo user since 2001, so if they disappeared, I didn't notice. There is something on their parent company's website about a new PC (only) software product for 2006, but nothing about standalone DVRs.
Did I miss an Engadget post on their demise awhile back?
