FCC has fines CBS for a scene in the show "Without a Trace" showing a Teenage orgy. Well, now everyone and their brother will be tuning in to see what that show is all about.
I want to see the clip they go finded for. Anybody got it?

Don't expect much. This episode aired a while back and there was no nudity or particlarly graphic content. What bothered the FCC was that the scene went on a little too long and that it occured inside the Safe Viewing Zone (before 10:00 p.m.).
You can see much worse by watching any given episode of 'Nip Tuck.'

Don't have a clip but it wasn't that interesting really, just went a little too long for the slot, as someone previously mentioned.

CBS is an over-the-air network, and thus, it falls under the jurisdiction of the FCC.
FX (the station which airs Nip/Tuck) is a cable network. The FCC has no control over it content.
