You won't find a bigger GTi fan than myself - but the new GTi is ugly. Hate to say it. Looks like VW stuck an Audi-esque SUV grille on the front.
Perhaps VW should take their own advice and un-pimp the GTi.
It has its roots in being a 'sleeper' car. All it needs is a front airdam, some blacked-out chrome, and a GTi badge on its ass.

these commercials are pretty great. someone up the thread mentioned that 'V-Dub' was stupid.. it's what VW cars have been called for many years. Nothing new there.
additionally, you can build your own GTI MkV and then take it for a test drive with the blonde babe. and it's great fun.
