My family is thinking of moving and we are looking into maybe giving Foxtons a try. I tried to dig up some information about people's history with Foxtons but couldn't find anything online.

Has anybody ever used Foxtons or know somebody who has used their service? If so, any comments? If you used them in New Jersey, even better .

Many thanks in advance.

I concur.

They showed me a few properties when I was looking to rent, and I found their tactics very underhand and pushy.

Stay clear of them

Their focus is on volume - i.e. renting/selling as much property as possible.

This leads to them employing people who don't really care about the customer very much - they just want to get property let/sold.

I see.

The only bad commentary I've read or have found so far has been from the UK but its the ONLY thing I found.

I guess they are all the same company in the long run.
