Nope.
You can see pop1-cin-P1-0.atdn.net is where my latency jumps from 100 to over 200ms.

Looks like the problem is with AOL/RR. They must be getting h@x0r3d.

This has been going on for 10 hours now. My dad is having the same problem from his house. And Earthlink is passing the buck and tells me it isn't their problem.
