I really wish Automator+Safari had support/options for RSS feeds and the like.

Anyway, you can download all of them (as of this post) with cURL in the terminal with this:

curl -O http://questionablecontent.net/comics/[1-590].png

My unix skills are quite limited so this will just dump all 590 pngs in you home directory.

This is the type of thing I'd use wget or curl for, myself. But yeah; the comic is great. At the moment, though, I'd say today's comic may make a better sample.
