Now he wants to sue due to his own stupidity. Classic!

He's not going to sue because of his stupidity. He's going to sue because this government owned tape was released on the internet. As a result, he's been discriminated against while trying to land a job apparently.

Now he wants to sue due to his own failure to use the search feature. Classic!

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

Would you hire someone who brought a loaded gun to class and shoots himself in the foot trying to show gun safety. The guy is a moron.

There's something called the 10 commandments to gun safety. (I won't paste the whole thing just what pertains to the story
1 Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.
He failed to do so
2 Guns should be unloaded when not actually in use.
Duh school with kids should mean no loaded gun
3Don't rely on your gun's "safety". Treat every gun as if it can fire at any time.
He thought it was unloaded

Again another American failing to take responcibility for thier own actions and wanting someone else to pay. He was incredably stupid for what happened. I hope the judge throws this out of court.

I'm not defending the guy, just saying why he's suing, and I think he's right. No matter how stupid he was, the fact that this tape was released sucks for him. I'd sue too, but then again I'm an American.

Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.
