So Stewie had a Mac in Family Guy lastnight, anyone see it?
Was it funny or was it a cringe making product placement?

I dunno how you can consider that product placement when it doesn't look like any product Apple currently sells. It was just a joke...

it made me chuckle. I guess it kinda was product placement since he specifically calls it a macintosh, but it wasn't as obvious as putting a big glowing apple logo on it.

i doubt it was explicit product placement. Even though they did mention the word Macintosh specifically. I think it was just a jab at the Mac and/or its users. They've done it before, but usually its a jab at Windows and/or its users.
I was laughing at it though. I remember when that speech function came of age, all I did was make it say stupid stuff. I love Family Guy.

On a side note, you know the first folk song Peter and his wife sing in last weeks episode? Is that a real song?

Yep, I understand...but still doubt it. I didn't see anything in the credits either, which you would think they would have to include if real.
