5:00 PM on Digg: Apple to Power First High-res Video Feed of Earth. Australian company AstroVision will team up with computer company Apple to create the world's first real time, hi-res video feed of the earth.

I suppose the word "searchable" could be a distinct difference, but this is Apple we are talking about. The company that doesn't even show you the full release notes between versions where a lot of new functionality or fixes end up being implied.

Ahh.... that's kinda funny... I've never gotten into digg though... I'm still a slashdot kinda guy... though I mainly just lurk the discussions sometimes you get good stuff most of the time it's just retarded stuff that entertains me when I'm bored.

I visit both digg and Slashdot as they both tend to have different articles. Plus I find the discussions on Slashdot to be a bit higher quality than digg.

Apples to Oranges. They are different scopes for different uses. MS map will have more information, btw.
