My sister ordered the new Red Hot Chili Peppers cd on iTunes expecting to get a ticket code for a presale. She never got the email Apple promised and has since called everyone involved including the company hosting the concert. No one will help her. The tickets went on sale 10 minutes ago. If there is anyone out there who got a ticket code and doesn't need it can you please email me with it: jasonmj@gmail.com

What is this? Trying to break every thread titling rule (and courtesy) we have? It's got a) pleas for help, b) pleas of urgency (it's not urgent to anyone else!), and c) is misleading.
