At first I thought it was a DRM issue, when it worked on a normal CD player and a Windows PC but three newer Mac laptops spit it out. But now I'm wondering if this is just a defective pressing of the album... on a 1st-gen 12" PBG4 it finally worked after spinning around for five minutes or so. Anybody else buy Surprise? Anybody else have any thoughts?

I've had one album that simply refused to mount on my PowerBook, but worked fine in other drives. I think slot-loading drives are just more sensitive to defects.

FYI - I got the album (ironically on on iTunes) and I really like it, but you probably have to be a PS fan.
