Has anyone ever done it? I'm assuming you are located in the USA and we're talking about USA laws.

Frankly if you can order online how are they supposed to know if you're 21?

What about ordering from a Canadian online wine or liquor store where the legal age is 18 or 19. Does Customs services try to track that kind of stuff?

Usually the delivery person is required to obtain a signature. They can chose not to deliver, if they are aware of the shipment, believe a person is underage.

In high school several of my friends joined together to do this, it was foiled by the UPS man.

You need to wait outside the liquor store and get some old guy or hippie and get him to shop for you.

Check out Liquorama. If they hadn't had some exotic liqour I had to have, I wouldn't have paid them any attention, but not only did they have Kijafa (and Chocolate Cherry Kijafa), but they had good prices, great shipping speed, and wonderful customer service. Ask them how they manage to keep everything above board...

Make your own. That is perfectly legal. Drinking it isn't.

"Legal, you say? Bo, Luke, get me my still so we can resume moonshining like in the good ol' time!"

Here in Québec, the SAQ asks for a valid ID upon delivery, I guess it's the same on the other side of the border!

Wine is perfectly legal to make. Distilling alcohol is legal for "fuel" purposes. Now quit being an ass. Or are these things illegal in Canada to make? How behind the times.

Are you suggesting I am being an ass?? I was merely "quoting" Uncle Jesse from The Dukes of Hazzard. Hover on the image to see the original link.
