A stand up comedian isn't considered talented unless he's appeared on The Tonight Show, The Late Show, or HBO. Pauly Shore has performed on all three. Therefore, he is one of the funniest men alive.

If I included that one, no one would have voted for the others. Not only did we, as always, see the genius of Pauly Shore as an actor in that movie, we also saw how much better movies could be if they were all written, directed, produced, and financed by Pauly Shore.
