Just heard something on the radio about an A-Team movie, rumours and stories have gone on for years but they just came up with a possible cast. Its probably all fake anyway (the wages for these guys would buy you a small country, haha!) but here's what they said..

Hannibal - George Clooney
B.A. - Will Smith
Face - Tom Cruise

I think Clooney could pull off Hannibal, Tom Cruise could easily be smug enough to be Face. But Will Smith as B.A.???? Hahahahahaaaa. There is only 1 Mr T, and Will Smith ain't it.

Didn't get anything about other cast, but going by the list above, they probably want Jim Carrey as Murdoch.

Make that 2 small countries, hehe.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

I don't think Tom Cruise would actually work with other actors. I can't imagine him in an ensemble cast.

He played Ponch in a skit he did on MadTV about C.H.I.P.S. He was funny, and looked the part. If its true, he'll be good at it.

As for an A-Team movie, bring it on! I'm all over it. Tom Cruise though? Blech. I hope that changes.

I've read it in both FHM, Hollywood Rerporter and caught a scroll of it on E!. I think it is true. But, all 3 of those sources aren't all that reliable...specially in print. It could have been outdated before it was on newstands.

Yeah, but that was back in 1999, when he had at least one foot still on the ground.

Why? Just have Dwight Schultz. Although it'd be weird with him being the only original cast member.

for what it's worth Tom Cruise is perhaps the best actor there is and like someone said above, I don't see him working in an ensemble cast

Because Will Smith is the obvious choice.

I forgot about the reporter, Amy Allen (Melinda Culea).

She was hot.

Mr. T is alive! I saw him in local bail bond commercials in South Dakota not more than a year ago! Honestly! He was still giving the pity out to a whole lot of fools.

I loved the A-Team. Hannibal always had a plan and Murdoch was always getting in trouble, but manages to bail the crew out. It is also funny how cars can explode/tip over, bullets would be flying and the end result is just a simple cut or a broken arm!

Mr T is the only one who can play it.
