that was cool, i just started making a pile of letters in the middle and pretty soon everyone was cooperating and we got pretty much the whole board into a big pile in the middle before some people started pulling them back out...

Similar experience here, broken up by a group of 30 people concertedly removing a local racist. Ended up with the image below:
