I Just saw this before coming here and I was going to just let it go, but after reading the info about the alien in the duck, it seems possible the duck ate these alien 'spores.'

E.T. Under the Microscope: Scientists have yet to identify the unusual particles [above, magnified 500 times] isolated from India’s mysterious red rainwater.

Is It Raining Aliens?

In 2001, nearly 50 tons of blood-colored rain fell in parts of India. Physicist Dr. Godfrey Louis believes that these unusual red particles (pictured, magnified 500 times) are alien microbes from outer space, which entered Earth's atmosphere on a comet or meteorite. Some of Louis's experiments suggest that the strange red cells may lack DNA yet still reproduce, even in superheated water.
