Just found this out (and posted on my blog about it too!) but it appears Adrienne (Jeremy's wife) is finally clear of her contractual obligations to Forefront, and can now do her own thing apart from her now defunct band the Benjamin Gate. And she's doing it on BEC/T&N (the label her husband is on). She's going by Adie Camp now, and apparently she's touring with Jeremy now.

Honestly you have no idea how insanely excited I am about it, as any of you who have any CDs by her former band know, Adie has one of the most amazing voices in Christian music bar none!

Uh, no.

Benjamin Gate was like getting poked in the eye with an icepick.

I own a Jeremy Camp CD, I like it. It rocks. Didn't his first wife die of cancer?

I am completely ignorant about everything else you said.

I got kind of sick of Jeremy Camp's "Lay Down My Pride" after it was on the radio over and over again, but he's pretty good otherwise.

Ahh we don't really have Christian stations up here that play him too much.

And yah Jeremy's first wife died of cancer, it was the inspiration for the song I Still Believe, which he actually sings with Adie on the live DVD... dang is that beautiful. She's got an amazing voice and it was just like... so cool to hear him singing it with his new wife.
