I got this the other day, I'm not sure if it's spam or if someone is using my email account to send spam. I noticed the .eml attachment at the bottom and remember that quite a few viri that target Outlook get passed around that way.
The return addresses on email are no more secure than the ones on snail mail: you can put anything you want as the return address. Spammers put false return addresses so that they don't get the bouncebacks.
