I saw him last year at bonnaroo and thought he was very cool, wondering how his albums are?

I have his Deadringer. Not bad, depending what kind of music you listen to.

Ok obviously I thought the title was something else:

"Laugh it up, fuzz ball!"

saw him last year as well

no idea how his albums sound tho. he got the crowd going pretty well, considering he didn't have anything but his turntables to entertain them with.

Well, if you want to test out his stuff, 'acquire' Ghostwriter (wait till the middle for it to get good), and people say alot of good things about The Horror (both off the Deadringer album.

He seems to be a cross between ambient techno and hip hop, for what little that may be worth.

The Horror is a killer album, PM me if you'd like a listen.
There's also a great song, Through the Walls, with Rick Ocasek from The Cars. Rick produces for a few friends of mines bands and turned me on to RJD2 in the first place. He's from 'round here too.

Look up Soul Position, its a side project of his with another local MC, Blueprint and it's pretty good.

You'd probably dig Atmosphere too if you dont already.

He has a new album, Magnificent City Instrumentals, it's pretty damn sweet. Since We Last Spoke is another great album definitely check that one out. A lot of his music ends up on commercials and TV show theme songs. You've probably heard a few of his songs before.

Soul Position I didn't like too much, Deadringer is nice though.

He lovingly remixed Astrud Gilberto's "A Gentle Rain"... aweeesome song! go get it!
