Part of the joke. I'm assuming you read the article and got that, but I think others might not have.

That's great. Sadly, I know far too many people who could seriously use this advice (and yes, I have seen people break rule number 8 before... *sob*)

I agree: #8 is hilarious!

I've seen #8 broken, as well. I've always been good at rephrasing things, though, so i've never had a problem

I meant to say "How to cheat gooder"
Actually, since we are on the subject, I would like to post a story of "cheating" my friend and I participated in in High school.
It's 1986 and home computers are not very common. I had one (TRS-80 Color computer!) and a friend had the same.
I would type my physics lab report up on computer and print them out. It took longer, but was worth an extra point just for neatness (I'd get 6 points out of 5 for doing this.) This help offset early bad grades and boost my average back to an 'A'.
Occasionally, my friend would call me, usually about 10pm, and ask me to "modem" my lab report to him. We'd connect at 300baud (only took 5 minutes), transfer one file via XModem, and then he'd spend another 2-3 hours putting in his data, change fonts sizes, margins, and in his words "take out the big words", then turn it in the next day, barely on time.
Ironically, he worked longer than I did, tended to make mistakes in his editing, and still got a lower score than me more often than not. I didn't consider it cheating as he reworded most of the report anyway, already had the data. He just liked having a template to start with for the write up. I can't imagine what we would have done had we had the internet back then.
