centered of course, if someone could send me a pdf file of that to dmb_follower@yahoo.com I'd greatly appreciate it.

You can get many fonts here: http://www.webpagepublicity.com/free...html#FreeFonts

Cooper is among them.

They are true type but I always convert them to outlines in illustrator or save the file as a PDF.

Since TrueType is, in fact, a superior font format to PostScript, there's no need to do either of those things.

All imagesetters for years now have been able to handle TrueType fonts with aplomb. Saving a PDF neither converts the fonts to PostScript, nor converts text to paths. Fonts embedded in PDF remain PostScript or TrueType.

The real issue is cheap font versus good font. For historical reasons, el-cheapo fonts have more frequently been released as TrueType than as PostScript. But a crappy font can be in either format.

Note that the OpenType format allows the contained font data to be in either TrueType or PostScript format. Without opening the font in a font manager, it is impossible to tell what format the font data is in -- because it doesn't really matter.
