Notice I did say "now", because they're really aren't any good ones out now, ugh, I will start a new thread for this!

Think about it, Hey nintendo, 1986 called, they want they're ****ing games back! They think that no one knows they have stopped making new games except for nintendogs! WTF IS THAT ****, I mean sims was close to it, but who wants to play a game where you have to clean up after a dog!!

All that PS3 bad news, wtf! A large percentage of Sony's gamers are like 13 to 21, most of them don't have 700 friggen' bucks to spare on videogames! 700 bucks for the system, 60-100 DOLLARS PER GAME?! And the Blu-Ray crap, when you buy a game, you can only use it on ur ps3! Seriously that thing isn't gonna be all it's talked about.

Nobody has heard any elaborate plans from Microsoft.

Sigh, gonna have to dig out the ol' 64 and play some goldeneye.
I miss the days of the G5 and XPS Pentium 4 running side by side as high-end machines.

Nintendo has made many new games, with new and innovative forms of gameplay. Or are you just mad that they've been using franchises that people are known to like and want to see more of?

Given the sales figures, apparently several million people want to play a game where you have to clean up after a dog.

I do think that Sony has shot itself in the foot here. Everyone's going to wait for the inevitable price drop, but that price drop will never come because they'll never sell enough games at the initial price to be able to sustain the original price drop. So here, at least, we're in agreement.
And the Blu-Ray crap, when you buy a game, you can only use it on ur ps3!
Um, yes; that has been true for new consoles for decades. If you're talking about Sony's anti-resale technology, the PS3 isn't going to use it. I fully expect them to put it into the PS4, however; the content-creation industry seems to have decided that it is no longer content with having only first-sale rights.

Unfortunately our friends at Apple helped the content-creation industry along with that one... "unfairplay."

Yeah. But too short compared to SMW.

And what's with the retarded title? Couldn't they have just stuck with SMB4. What's the next one going to be Newer SMB, followed by Newest? Brand New?

Is it still going to be New in ten years?

A new Double Dragon game could rock. Maybe. They might have permantly damaged the franchise with that horrid movie.

Metroid Pinball is ****ing awesome. I don't have a DS, but I played it on my friend's. If I got a DS, that would be the first game I got.

Disclaimer: I also liked Sonic Spinball for Genesis.

They are indeed good games, but are they truly "way better than any Zelda game"? I don't know, mainly because they're so different from "any Zelda game" that I'm not sure there's a fair basis for comparison.

Agree on 1 and 2, but definitely not 3.

They are great games, but way better than OoT? Can't agree there.

If anyone's getting a PS2 for the first time, get Final Fantasy X.

Get an SNES, pick up copies of Super Metroid, Super Mario World, and Zelda: A Link To The Past. Who needs old games when you have classics like these?

EDIT: Oh yeah, and N64+Ocarina of Time. Can't believe I forgot that one.

I've got an N64 and Sega Genesis, and I'll be getting my GF's old original Nintendo next weekend. My roommate has a PS2 but we play my stuff more often, we haven't found anything on the PS2 as fun as Goldeneye.

Sadly, it seems "Macs are essentially nowhere in the game world…"

NY Times, about Windows PC being the world’s most popular game machine.
