I need to find an easy way to automatically resize images for the web using Windows. For my Mac I used automator to copy images to two folders: one for full sized images and one for thumbnails. It then resizes the images to the proper size and renames them to a three digit number. How can I do this in Windows?

Use FrontPage - it does thumbnails automatically.

Contrary to many reports, it's actually OK to use if you know what you're doing, code wise (and if you don't use any server-side features which require the FrontPage extensions).
