I know I'm taking a chance trying to promote this on forums, espically when I've just signed up, but it won't hurt to try. If this sort of thing is frowned upon, so be it - at least I tried
I've got a magazine going, called MacTalk. It's a venture by a friend and I, trying to create more Mac awareness in Australia. I know the forum is mainly US based, but we do have a US advertiser on board (Rouge Amoeba Software -
http://rogueamoeba.com/). With stuff that's internet based, it doesn't matter where the customer is from, as long as they have a credit card

We need advertising to cover our costs for the mag (plus a little extra for the time it's taken him and I off our day jobs). At the moment the magazine is about half way full. So we're looking to fill it up with ads to get it out the doors and move onto our 2nd issue.
This advertising would suit internet services that want pretty smart users of technology as customers. Most of our readers enjoy technology and are always looking for new and interesting things to do on their Macs and on the internet. It probably wouldn't suit online stores, or physical retail outlets that aren't in Australia.
The magazine is free and an initial run of 10,000 copies will be distributed predominately via AppleCenters in Melbourne and in other capital cities by a MacTalk street-team who will place the magazines in universities and cafes and into the hands of their clients and Apple User Groups. This peer to peer method of distribution ensures that the majority of magazines are read, due to the personal recommendation from respected members of the Apple community. MacTalk also has a large following in the Australian Apple community, as it's founders are the same guys that run and manage AppleTalk Australia (
http://www.appletalk.com.au) - Australia's largest and only dedicated Apple online discussion and news site.
It will also be distributed across the internet in PDF form - I can imagine it being digged pretty heavily as it's the first of it's kind (an online Mac PDF magazine that's half decent). To take a look at a full PDF of the magazine designed for advertisers please head over to:

The prices are labeled in there in AUS$, but for the forum users, I've slashed the prices as follows:
Double Page Spread - US$1000
Full Page - US$550
Half Page - US$360
Adverts Section - US$60
To receive payment, from overseas, PayPal is the obvious easy answer (you don't need a PayPal account to send us payment, just a credit card). But if there are other ways you prefer, that can also be arranged. I also should let you know that pages 2, 3, 7, 14, 17, 35 (just top half of 35) are sold.
