I've got the iTrip Auto and even when the car is turned off and it is plugged in to the cigarrette lighter, that LCD that displays what radio station it is transmitting to, stays on. I imagine this can't be that much of a power sucker, but if I unplug the iPod and leave the iTrip plugged in with the car off will it drain my battery?

Yes, a little bit.

You're car might automatically shut off the cigarette lighter adapter after a while though. Other cars shut it off before the battery is drained.

It might... In 2 or 3 weeks if you don't drive the car.
