Very good for the Monty Python fans, and even better for those who haven't seen Monty Python, cuz the humour will be new to them.

Plus the dancers are all right too.

I've heard the recorded version and it seemed pretty alright. I'm planning a trip to NY sometime, maybe I can make it over there.

In truth, it seemed kinda disjointed. However, that's kinda par for the course for Monty Python and I enjoyed it.

It really changed things up from the original stories though, so don't expect a complete verbatim rehash of Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Was Hank Azaria in it?
"You rise," he said, "like Aurora."

I saw the Toronto production so Hank Azaria or David Hyde Pierce etc. were not in it.

One of the can-can girls was abolutely stunning though. Not sure if it was the same one, but one of them was from the Radio City Rockettes.

Something to catch when I get back to New York. Is it still playing?

I saw it in New York last year. I thought it was very good. Disjointed, as Eug said, but funny anyway.

We listened to the soundtrack before seeing the show, though. Since some of the best gags are embedded in the songs, we knew what was coming ahead of time, which probably took a little bit away from our enjoyment of the show, but not much.

I still whistle the "He is not dead, yet" song at work every once in a while.
