I have a Motorola HS820 Bluetooth headset. It works pretty well, not so great in windy conditions, but overall it is very good. Affordable, lightweight and very comfortable to wear.

I have an HS810 and my only complaint is that it's not as loud as my old "in the ear" headset. If I'm talking to someone who doesn't have a very good phone, or a soft talker I have to ask them to speak up.

I have an Hs820, it seems perfect, very long battery life. Also, I can put the phone in one room and walk about 25 feet away from the phone and still use it.

I've got a Motorola H500, the sound quality has been great. I also have about 25-30' range.

This is the only one I would get caught dead wearing in public outside of a star Trek convention.

I use the Plantronics Discovery 645. Extremely comfortable (can be worn either with an ear loop, or with ear gels that fit inside your ear), small and light, and excellent sound. It does have problems with wind noise, but that is easy to compensate for.

Plantroncis Voyager 510 si good IMO.
In general, Plantronics are good, Motorola are often mediocre.
Motorola HS820 Bluetooth just sucks when it comes to wearing comfort and stability on the ear.
