The turtle dragged him underwater however it did not kill him.

Yes it did, it dragged him under and he died.

That is, unless they miraculously find him floating about in the water, 2 days after the turtle tried to kill him.

How do we know it wanted to kill him?

The turtle(s) deliberately plotted this in order to get revenge on humans for years of injustices.

In a related story, Paris Hilton's Kinkajou monkey attacked her yesterday, sending her to the hospital.

This all points to the beginning of the great Animal Uprising.

Turtles do the dirty job in the Gineau Pig Conspiracy. Be aware of that.

Wonder how many more turtle sleeper cells may be out there - waiting for the go-ahead to attack.

Damn scary.

They guy was pulled underwater, so obviously it was an evil turtle attack.

Unfortunately, I bet there're gonna be 100 rednecks on the beach with shotguns and shark bait, heading out to kill the monsters that did this.

Should I load the Mossberg with buckshot - or swap to the 870 with the rifled slug barrel?

I'm leaning toward the Remington - those shells are kinda hard.

Please advise...I'm heading toward the beach any minute now.

Video: Squirrel Attacks Residents In Central Fla.

Squirrel Attacks Anger Winter Park Residents

UPDATED: 12:54 am EDT August 12, 2006

Residents in Winter Park, Fla., are angered over the city's response to a squirrel that attacked at least seven people this month, according to a report.

IMAGES: More strange stories, images

The squirrel attacks happened at Winter Park's Central Park over the last several days.
A 3-year-old boy was bitten by the animal several times and has a two-inch wound on his leg, according to the report.

Another child was reportedly bitten on his calf and a man sitting on a park bench was attacked by the squirrel. He suffered a bite and scratches on his arm.

The attacks took place between August 1 and August 4.

Some people now say the attacking animal should have been captured sooner.

One citizen said he captured the squirrel under a bucket after it attacked his friend. He said he released the squirrel when county animal-services workers failed to arrive after two hours.

City employees captured the animal this week.

Winter Park received notice from the Florida Department of Health Epidemiology stating that the results on the squirrel were negative for rabies.

MASSIVE props if you thought of this film when you read the headline:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077223/

I'm one of those people that saw it in the 70's (I was 7 when it came out) and never forgot it. Anyone I know who saw it agrees upon the weird and lasting effect it has.

Is that the one with the heart carved into the giant turtles shell that you only see at the end of the show, as the turtle is swimming in the water (dragging some guy Cap'n Ahab fashion), letting the viewer know that the giant turtle is really the small turtle seen in flashback with the girl and young boy? Vaguely remember it. As I remember it, it was a rather haunting show.

Yeah.....that's the one. It wasn't a heart though. It was their initials. And yeah, haunting is one word for it.
