Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.

no question really, just curious if you had an opinion on the festival or anything... pokey stick is just a friendly greeting.

Arh.
I'm really not a big fan of modern Brit music, so can't really comment. I liked two tracks off the last Coldplay album but that's about it. It's all a bit too jangly for me.
So, if I was to give an opinion, it'd be along the lines of "it's all crap". But since I know you chaps actually like this kind of stuff I don't want to pee on your parade (kind of thing). Each to his own.
Faithless don't seem bad but I wouldn't go as far as standing in a muddy field (or even getting out of the Lay-Z-Boy) to go listen to them.
But heck, what do I know? I still lament the passing of the old-school Monsters of Rock. Sad but true.

For the first time (I think)... there's also going to be one in the U.S.

Headliners include The Who and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Still can't figure out how they decided on Bal-TEE-more for the venue though.

Definitely Faithless and Hard Fi, MAYBE Beck...the rest are Meh.
Oh wait, Morrissey is cool again, I forgot. ;-) I'd take it or leave it, but there's guaranteed to be enough pseudo-hipster tatooed girlies to make the show worthwhile.
