Maybe if they had their own culture, they would be significant.

Let's see:

Celine Dion
Alan Thicke
Alanis Morrisette

Balanced by:

Wayne Gretsky
Elisha Cuthbert
Michael J. Fox
Barenaked Ladies

I could continue with both lists, but the pros outweigh the cons.

I'd like to be under the sea
In an octopus's garden in the shade
He'd let us in, knows where we've been
In his octopus's garden in the shade

The US's largest trading partner, a variety of cultures, many significant achievements worldwide.

So of course.

No no. Pachead can reach down to the very bowels of stupidity, rumble around in its murkiest corner and retrieve ideas of unimaginable idiocy.

Pachead is the bar, the intellectual absolute-zero. When he posts, you notice this. He is unmatched.

So you are saying they are significant because of the US? Hell, if we bought 10% less from canada, we would destroy their economy.

Define significance and tell us what it takes for a country to be "significant"

I can't really give you a lesson in economics right here and now. Suffice to say if trade stopped completely our economy would not be destroyed.

So, you're saying that without the rest of the world, the US is insignificant.

The US buys 87% of your exports. Please, give me the lesson and tell me how it wouldn't DESTROY your economy. The point is simple, canada is insignificant because they have ALWAYS been dependent on another nation for its economy and defense. canada is the pubic hair of America...nothing more. You are spoiled children who need a spanking

Can someone please either:
a) Let dcolton back into his little playground to stop the political threads from leaking into the lounge
b) ban him outright
?

Your cooperation is appreciated. Thanks.

Nice job dcolton. So far your thread has served no purpose, other than to show you have no understanding of economics whatsoever.

Share the truth. Spout off about oil and softwood lumber...crunch the numbers and tell me how canada can survive without the US suipporting your pathetic little frozen tundra.
