Hey everyone I'm new to the board and not quite sure if this is the place to be posting this question so moderators please move if deemed necessary.

I currently have a Dell Inspiron 8600 that I purchased in 2004 and I want to get a macbook to replace it. The Dell operates fine and I'm just trying to get a handle on what it may be worth. I've been watchin eBay auctions that contain dell inspiron 8600 similar to mine but the prices have been pretty fluctuating so I have no idea what the value of mine is.

Here are the specs that I could dig up (not tech savvy, sorry!)

Dell Inspiron 8600 (yr 2004) used

Windows XP Home Edition

Intel Pentium M

1.5 Ghz

512 MB ram

55GB HD

DVD/CD-RW Drive

around a 15inch display

Thats about all i know about to scrap up information, so if anyone can help me out with a price range I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
