I'm playing through Breath of Fire II for the first time, and I just beat Barubary for the second time (he's the next to last end boss, I think)... and the freaking thing locks up! Music keeps playing in a nice loop, but I can't control my characters.

I couldn't actually play all the way through that game. The translation was too awful.

But yeah, I remember that used to happen a lot with the SNES and Genesis for some reason. It was the most maddening thing in the world.
