Pacino plays such a ****ing awesome role in that movie.... Deniro is good too, but Pacino really makes that movie fantastic... and the ending..god... I would have sex with that movie.

I think Goodfellas is easily the most quotable of the 3, although The Godfather is more epic in scope.
It looks just like a telefunken' U-47 - Zappa

It's too bad that The Godfather has become cliche, because it really is that good.

It's on TNT like every freakin' weekend and I still have to stop and watch a few minutes of it every time I go by.

What about Traffic? Even though the story was in sections, it dealt with the Mexican Cartels.

Well Mafia does suggest an organized crime group from Sicily. Godfather's the film that comes cloest to depicting this, but all three are about the American Cosa Nostra. I wonder if there are any films about the Camorra's offshoots in the US...

If this is about organized crime, one of my faves is Miller's Crossing.

Once upon in America - birth of Jewish mafia in Brooklyn

Untouchables

A film with Johnny Depp and Pacino about undercover agent (Depp) infiltrating a gang (Pacino is a middleman who becomes responsible for Depp))

Donnie Brasco is an excellent film, and I can watch it almost anytime. However, Goodfellas gets my vote in this poll.

Knockaround Guys was a pretty fun flick.

Scarface. Not a mafia flick, but a gangster flick.

Road to Perdition

Married to the Mob. It has Michelle Pfeiffer in it. 'Nuf said.
