OK, I just had to share with someone! But my house in NH has been on the market since October 2005. A great house with some little issues.

I have been living in a Winnebago in GA for 8 months. Not so bad, but gets a little tight with 2 people and 2 dogs.

But, finally, it is sold. I can pay off my tuition that I have put on credit cards and some other unwieldy bills! And yes, finally start looking for a house.

YYYAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY!

Just happy and wanted to share.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sweet.
Been inclined to wander... off the beaten track.
That's where there's thunder... and the wind shouts back.

Congrats!!!! Wow - since 05.... I thought mine took a long time - we put ours on the market Super Bowl Sunday (long story), and an acceptable contract was finally put on it last week. Inspection this weekend.. and the doc review should be done on Wed. Hopefully I'll have that "sold" sign on there in Oct (settlement date).

Congrats on the sale!! That's a long time to have a home on the market, but it's getting to be a buyers market in some areas.

Good luck on finding a new home!! I'll be looking in about 7 months myself (in a lease right now)
