You forgot to link to the video.

From that extremely fuzzy image, that looks like Herbie Hancock on a Moog Satellite, though - which is 70s, not 80s.

Yeah, I remember the Keytar... I was pretty young though. Here's obscure memory, the Misfits on JEM, had one... the blue-haired chick.

Difference being that the 80s sucked in the 80s, 90s, AND today.

The 70s just sucked until people got over their cocaine addictions in the 90's.
