Just means that I'm happy that I have Carson Palmer as my QB in fantasy football.

Said it wrong... the LIONS are going to suck again-right at the worst moment. They have a history of pulling a losing season out of a winning one. It's sad...

But "watch Monday Night Football?" Why? It's almost all commercials and commentators, or at least the last time I tried to watch it was. Turned me RIGHT off of that program! I'd rather watch farm club baseball on TV (worse than MLB on TV by a factor of 4, though they're great games in person).

Go Sharks! Oh, wait, football?

Err... I think the 49ers are moving to Santa Clara. That's going to be, well, weird.

I know, how sad, the Packers had a real chance.

I don't understand why they keep dropping the ball in every second half.

Well, to be honest, it wasn't just the Packers who were dropping the ball. The Seahawks did it too, especially Stevens. It was an exciting game to watch.

So who's bright idea was it to move MNF over to ESPN? Was it the NFL or CBS? Either way, I hate that they did that. I don't have cable, so I don't get ESPN. I loved MNF when it was on a normal channel. Why they would take a staple like MNF and move it to cable TV is beyond me.

If they did it because they were losing money, then thats a terrible solution. They were losing money because they started making it into a cheesy MTV-like production and lost the true football nature of it. The intro to the current Sunday Night Football is the kind of thing I'm referring to. Its so bad it makes me cringe when I see it. It feels like they are trying to appeal to younger viewers and possibly women. But they fail to realize that their bread and butter viewers (the REAL football fans) hate that crap and will turn it off in a heartbeat.

Anways, I hate that they moved it to ESPN. My Mondays will never be the same.

It's all about the Benjamins. ESPN outbid the broadcast networks and money grubbing public spirited NFL obliged. Another reason not to bother with it is ESPN's "classy and intelligent" network commercials. I feel stupider whenever I hear them, let alone see them.

actually mnf was on abc last year which is owned by disney who also owns espn, so no one probably outbid anyone just moved it. they moved SNF to nbc so you still get a night game for free which is great because it's a good game usually with the flex schedule MNF games suck.
