Since football has begun and I am still living in the RV til we find a house. I thought it would be fun to have tailgating parties in the meantime.

I hope to buy a small flat panel for outside and host some guests. (Thoughts on that are appreciated as well.) We will pipe the sound out, have the DirectV package and make this the place to be in the old campground.

We know tailgating basics, but wanna make it more fun and yummy.

Any thoughts?

I just made my chili in the crock pot yesterday - a few more ingredients than the above poster's:

Sautee together:
Garlic (lots)
Onion (lots)
Ground beef (lots)
Fresh basil, rosemary, parsley (some)
Dried chipotle peppers
Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Pepper, fresh ground (lots)

Stew in crock pot while sauteeing above:
Cans of kidney beans and pinto beans, drained (not chili beans)
Diced tomatoes (canned)
Tomato paste
Tomato sauce
V8 juice (lots, very important!)
More adobo sauce
Chili pepper to taste (depends on how much adobo you use)
Cumin (a little)
Other assorted dry seasonings (beef rub mix, Emeril's essence, etc)

Add beef mixture when browned.
Cook in crock pot on low for several hours.
Enjoy with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and sliced black olives. Better after being refrigerated 1 day and reheated.
