Someone on MySpace posted this as a bulletin, and I think it's worh reading and remembering.

On a side note from that... always say I love you to your friends and family. On the phone, email, whatever. Really. It makes everyone involved feel good.

Also, we never say goodbye. Just cya.

The "poem" is old, though the sentiment is good. It's just that school violence has actually decreased in the last several years due to better awareness and enforcement, and schools' "no tolerance" weapons policies (as dumb as they sometimes are).

I second the motion to lock this thread...all in favor?

Before you lock I just want to say that I agree with ghporter and everyone else...lockination is even though the poster meant well.

Also, I think that the poster might want to get some antidepressants if you're feeling low - and I mean that in complete seriousness; sometimes people posting those types of comments - or paying attention to them - are depressed and moody.

Oh, and guns don't kill people...people kill people.
