Is there ANY footage available from where Borat sang the American national anthem at that rodeo?

(NOT the baseball game where he sang the alleged Kazach anthem - all eight or what verses of it )

I've read *about* that rodeo appearance several times. Apparently, he only very narrowly escaped a lynching. I've been searching for the footage ever since. Has it been released/broadcast at all?

Oh, and for those who have no clue: Borat is an alter-ego of Ali G and regular feature on his show. He purports to be a reporter from Kazachstan on a quest to understand the foreign lands. Do a search on YouTube or Google Video for plenty of his clips.

I read that he never washes his suit, so the smell is authentic

I used to think Borat was really funny - but I don't like it how he has resorted to gimmicks to sell the character now. Borat while in the UK was very funny, but Borat in the US was off the mark too many times.

That character has jumped the shark. Ali-G a long time ago.

So.. that just leaves the gay austrian character. Slim pickings, eh?

I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

Ali G show was funny until everyone knew what it was about (being based on celebrities not knowing that it was a comedy show).
Ali G movie sucked.

I thought the same thing about Borat, but then I saw the trailer. It actually looks good.

I actually thought (and still think) that the Ali G movie is pretty damn funny.

And yes, the characters and show only work up to a point. But at the moment, not many in the States know him, so Mr. Cohen can still get authentic outrageous quotes about how sad it is that Jew-hunting is illegal in the South...

I thought the same thing. Fall is around the corner and the Icelanders are sinking into darkness. We'll better watch the eastern provinces for signs of Viking invasion.

The movie's getting excellent reviews all round. It amuses me to see the generally far more PC than the UK press Canadian press struggle with it. They loved it but do feel it necessary to point out that the humor is incredibly offensive. In the UK nobody bothers.

I like Borat, but I am not sure if I am ready for 90 minutes non stop mayhem.
