I tried watching the first season on DVD and it was sorta boring.
The timeline thing works for it and against it. After 5 episodes I got tired of watching his daughter still being kidnapped 5 hours/episodes later.

Eddie Izzard is playing a terrorist? Looks like they added some fresh blood to the cast, but I want to know which long time (where long time is > 1 season) CTU'er will get an early demise this year. My money is on Bill Buchanan.
