I just realized that it just come out.
Skype
Great news I think.
Also, wouldn't it be perfect with so many WIFIs out there to have an iPhone with ichat/skype integrated?
just my two cents

Does it have audio and video together now? The Betas before I could only get one or the other to work, not both together.

The previous 1.5 beta (now gold) worked great on my system.
The code is Universal, I've seen quite an effort put by Skype to suit OS X well in the recent past. I wouldn't be surprised there were contacts between Skype and Apple. Right now I can see more than 7 million users logged in Skype, and it is still night in the US. I think this is a huge community served with great technology. I see some good opportunities there. It is more feasible than seing Microsoft Messenger and ichat working together...

I've used the Beta to do video-chat with another mac, and it worked 'fairly well' (nothing compared to iChat).
I was hoping S60 might pick up Skype, but so far most S60 phones won't run it (probably due to carrier limitations)…

Skype is the most useful tool for anyone living abroad. All my English teacher friends and I use it to call people back home who are tied to regular phones. I've been using the 1.5 beta to video chat with various PC friends of mine back in the US and in Japan. Worked quite well.
Especially glad they have video for Mac now. Seeing as how all new Macs have built in cameras...

Totally but I am a bit scared thinking how big a device that does all those things might be.
