So I have a legit copy of Leopard in dmg form which I can see needs to be burned to a dual layer DVD. I really don't want to run out and buy one, so I was hoping to restore it onto my firewire drive and boot from there... I managed to restore it onto the drive... but when I try to boot from there, it just kind of hangs forever.

Any suggestions (besides getting the dual layer DVD)?
