Hello,

I just saw the latest episodes of Lost, and I want to start watching another great series, while I wait for season 3.

I like Prisonbreak, Lost, Six Feet Under (very much!), Band Of Brothers, Sopranos, West Wing and stuff like that.

What do you think I should try watching now?

Watch a flower bloom, the leaves fall, the wind rush the waves crash.

Turn off the TV and get out.

I could take Sean Connery in a fight... I could definitely take him.

I gave up on TV when the reality-show phase started. i watched a few episodes of Lost and desperate housewives and just stopped cause i got bored out of my mind. If bored, with nothing else to do..i usually fire up seinfeld, family guy, northern exposure, faulty towers, scrubs or the x-files (among a few others). but yeah i havent actually watched TV in a very long time.

And yeah..i do prefere the outdoors.

I am a huge fan of Deadwood. Warning: it has some horrendous swearing.

But if you want an idea of what America was like when it was being settled by Europeans and taken from the Native Americans, this is the show for you.

I think I saw it on either PBS or the National Geographic channel. But man, was it boring. Needed more Godzilla.

That's kind of ironic to say that in the Lounge area of a mac centric message board...

I have not watch TV in about 7 years now, but I did puchase a few series. Lost is good, but 6 feet hunder was the most mesmerizing TV experience I had (watching the DVDs).

I watched these series which were so-so: Surface, Threashold (better) and Invasion (much better). Desperate Housewives was good on the first season, but I can't stand it now.

I am watching The Unit, which is OK with some good bits here and there, but not much more than that.

The shield is second to 6 feet under in my opinion.

But I agree with voodoo. There is a life out there. My day job is very intense, so after work is about biking, electronic DIY and reading 80% of the time.

Dead Like Me was good. Some of Sci Fi channel series are good... um... Eureka. That's the one.

Hereos starts tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to that. The Shield is one of my favorite shows, but the seasons are way too short.

Most importantly, get NewsRadio on DVD. Current shows I recommend are Scrubs, 24, Lost, Battlestar Galactica, Psych, Veronica Mars, and Monk. I'm also checking out Justice, Heroes, and Vanished.

If you liked West Wing you might like 'Studio 60 on the sunset strip' I enjoyed the first episode a lot. And if you like both WW and S60 then find Sports Night on DVD. (Sports Night also starts Peter Krause, he played Nate on Six Feet Under )
Also check out 24.
