Holy hell.
Apple - Trailers - 300 - Trailer 1
I'm a big fan of Frank Miller's, and I'm loving how true these movie adaptations are staying to the work. The trailer's been circling the Internet for a few weeks now, but it looks like the official trailer finally hit Apple's trailer page. 300 looks simply amazing.

Looks very good. I love historical based movies even if it has a bit of Hollywood inside. Looking forward to seeing it!

While interesting... I think I would have been happier seeing a less glorified (overly enhanced) version of the telling of the events.
IMHO, the reason Braveheart did so well was that it didn't candy coat the battle (too much). The battles were bloody, barbaric, and horrifically viciously ... and less of the chest pounding these films seem to be.
