Indeed you can. It is challenging though, and easy to reverse too. Once I made them $.01, I don't think you can make them free. It was sweet. Once I got used to navigating the menu, it was easy.

The only reason it worked is because he called it "pop" and it obviously confused the soda machine.

oh cool. how do you do that? i read on a webpage that you had to have a serial device plugged in round the back or something...

I've never seen a coke maching like that before. BUT, If you want all the cokes and free money, and the possiblility of going to jail..... Rock Salt in the money slot. Trust me, I used to own about 40 machines and this was NOT a good thing. One person could empty a maching in a few mins.
