Hey, I noticed this auction on ebay for anyone interested in a Apple Lisa and more. Right now the bids are at $26 with 3 hours to go.

It is not my auction, I just wanted to let others know about it. It's kind of Mac history.

I expect the bids to skyrocket 30 seconds before it closes.

That basically means the seller/lister is one of those eBay companies that help owners sell their items in exchange for a commission. My friend runs one of these companies.

I don't know if you saw 40 Year Old Virgin, but Steve Carell's love interest in the movie runs one of these stores.

I'm now at the age where my significant other doesn't want such "cool" things coming into the house.

I would love to own one for nostalgia's sake, but I would rather have a friend own one

The CPU does not power up, and when left plugged in for a while, it begins to smoke. Because of this it is probably usable only for parts.

and you thought your MacBook got hot....
