Whats that movie?

Reading the Gremlins thread, I had a flashback to my yoof and can't remember the name of a certain movie that I saw when I was very young.
What i can remember of it:
It was a live action muppet sort of film, not actually muppets though, just blokes in suits i assume.
It had some kind of mobster theme, with the godfather being a big seal puppet.
Two scenes i can clearly remember:
1. The seal - mobster is playing golf and taking a putt, one of the characters gets shot.
2. The seal - mobster is sitting at his desk and a female character enters and gives him a messy blowjob (I'm assuming this is what happened, i can remember the scene, and can remember not knowing what was going on, too young and innocent i guess)
So anyone know what the hell i was watching?

After reading "It was a live action muppet sort of film"… I thought on "Meet the Feebles".
ps: analogika, du weißt nicht zufällig wo man den in D auf dvd bekommen kann, oder?

Bingo, Meet the Feebles it is!
It was damn weird, especially when your about 9 years old, the cocaine snorting elephant and knife throwing crocodile thing are something I now recall, will have to check it out.

That film is pretty disturbing no matter WHAT age you are. 
BTW, you realize this Peter Jackson is the same guy who did Lord of the Rings?

Nah - it's "Bad Taste" ( Bad Taste (1987))
I thought that was hilarious when it came out, but it was quite hard to find. I find it even funnier now that he's been very successful.
