Florida. You have to get a permit so you can drive. (and you have to have a adult with you which sucks!)

The license comes at 18...

I don't understand the UKs law that states you can have sex and get married legally at 16 but you can only watch pr0n at 18.

License comes at 16 buddy. I just got mine. Permits aren't that bad if your dad drives crazy anyway.
